Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Further to Hon Simeon Brown’s response to WPQ 5614 (2025), if the same principle applies to Rosalie Hughes, did she receive any termination benefits, severance payments, or other financial compensation as part of her departure, if so, what is the total cost, with a breakdown of each component?

Hon Simeon Brown: As the Member will be aware, the same principle does not apply as this individual was employed by Health New Zealand.
