11407 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Climate Change: What collective agreement negotiations, if any, will be due to take place in the Minister's departments, if any, during the 2025 calendar year, listed by date, union, and roles affected?

Hon Simon Watts: I am advised that the Ministry for the Environment is currently bargaining for a collective agreement with the Public Service Association (PSA). The collective agreement expired on 30 November 2024. The expired agreement covers all positions who are members of the PSA, excluding management positions, fixed term positions less than 6 months, casual positions and Assistant Advisor, Advisor, Senior Advisor and Business Partner positions with the People Operations team in People and Capability.
