Hon Nicola Willis: Fiscal discipline means charting a responsible path back to fiscal sustainability, and adhering to that plan. Effective fiscal discipline is about ensuring spending is both affordable, within the constraints set by our fiscal strategy, and represents value for money, in line with our coalition commitments that spending be targeted and effective, and drive better outcomes.
