11401 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister for State Owned Enterprises: Further to Reply 8863 (2026), is the Minister satisfied that NZ Post's process for compensating retail partners who paid an establishment fee to join the shared service network is fair and consistent; and has the Minister sought independent assurance that compensation offers bear a reasonable relationship to the fees those partners originally paid?

Hon Simeon Brown: This is an operational matter for NZ Post. As a shareholding Minister it would not be appropriate for me to comment.
