Tangi Utikere to the Minister for State Owned Enterprises: Further to Reply 8863 (2026), on what basis has NZ Post determined that aggregate figures — specifically the total number of cases and total dollar shortfall across all retail partners compensated below their establishment fee — are commercially sensitive, rather than the details of individual partner agreements?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that NZ Post are offering support to retail partners, including financial support in most cases, to ensure a smooth transition. Providing any figures relating to the amount of financial support is commercially sensitive.
