11398 (2024). Lan Pham to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: What responsibilities, if any, has the Minister for RMA reform delegated the Undersecretary for RMA Reform?

Hon Chris Bishop: As the Minister Responsible for RMA Reform, I delegated the following responsibilities to the Parliamentary Under-Secretary: responsibility to assist with the RMA reform workstream to design and deliver the RMA reform agenda on a case-by-case basis; matters relating to the development of new national direction on infrastructure policies, objectives, and standards; and matters relating to the development of new national direction on offshore wind energy generation. Other initiatives will be agreed between us from time to time as they occur.
