Tangi Utikere to the Minister for State Owned Enterprises: Further to Reply 8866 (2026), given that the Minister's reply distinguishes between closures initiated by NZ Post and those initiated by agency partners, does NZ Post maintain records categorising closures by reason; and if so, why is it not possible to provide a breakdown of closures since 2020 on that basis?

Hon Simeon Brown: I can advise the member that information on the number of Post Shop closures since January 2020 will be provided to them when it is compiled.
