11387 (2024). Lan Pham to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Has he received advice from the Ministry for the Environment on the prioritisation of submitters on the Fast-track Approvals bill, if so, when?

Hon Chris Bishop: Yes. I received one aide Memorie from the Ministry for the Environment on 1 May 2024 which set out key themes from submissions to date, and included background on the approach to submissions.
