11378 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Is the Minister aware of resource consents, if there are any, held by Hon. Hoggard or the trust of which he is a beneficiary (the A&A Hoggard Family Trust) being extended under the Resource Management (Duration of Consents) Amendment Act?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am not aware of resource consents held by Hon Andrew Hoggard or the trust of which he is a beneficiary being extended. The Resource Management (Duration of Consents) Amendment Act 2025 automatically extends existing or expired consents to 31 December 2027, allowing operations to continue lawfully while the new system beds in.
