11377 (2024). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Associate Minister of Education: What did the Associate Minister mean when he stated that charter schools would “free educators from state and union interference”; and does he think that union membership for teachers is mandatory?

Hon David Seymour: Charter schools will free educators to establish schools on their terms so long as they attract students and meet contractual attendance and achievement outcomes
