11372 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister of Local Government: What advice did the Minister and/or Taumata Arowai receive, if any, in relation to how the Wastewater Environmental Performance Standards relate to the Health Act, listed by title and date received?

Hon Simon Watts: The Water Services Authority – Taumata Arowai received advice via email from Health New Zealand on the wastewater environmental performance standards in relation to section 29(a) of the Health Act 1956. The title of the email advice and date are included below: • Agency consultation on Cabinet paper - proposed wastewater environmental performance standards, approval to publicly consult (11 February 2025)
