Hon Brooke van Velden: The Provisional Improvement Notice for the Woolston Training Centre was issued outlining concerns over carcinogen exposure and smoke management. The Provisional Improvement Notice at the National Training Centre in Rotorua was issued outlining concerns regarding smoke management and the structural integrity of live fire cells (containers).
