11364 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Police: Further to WPQ 8375 (2025) what were the nature of the items other than gang patches seized which had gang insignia?

Hon Mark Mitchell: The Gangs Act 2024 prohibits the public display of gang insignia, whether that insignia is attached to a patch, or any other item. I am advised that the other insignia items seized are not further classified for reporting purposes by Police, but include hats, shirts, flags and at least one motorcycle.
