11346 (2024). Hon Dr Deborah Russell to the Minister for Tertiary Education and Skills: Has the Minister asked Te Pūkenga to explain why the annual report for the year ended 31 December 2023 has not yet been published on the Te Pūkenga website nor tabled in Parliament given the requirements of the Crown Entities Act 2004 sec 156 and the Education and Training Act 2020 sections 135 and 136?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I have made clear my expectation that Te Pukenga will comply with all its legislative requirements.
