Hon Judith Collins: The nature of accusations in an Individual employment matters are operational matters which fall within the responsibilities of the Agency’s chief executive. It is not appropriate for the Commissioner to comment publicly on the nature of individual employment matters that are the responsibility of an Agency chief executive.
