11323 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many state houses, if any, did Kāinga Ora sell in each region between 1 July 2025 and 28 February 2026 and what was the total value of those sales in each region?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it sold 674 social homes for a total value of $297 million between 1 July 2025 and 28 February 2026. For a breakdown of homes sold, I refer the Member to the attached table provided by Kāinga Ora.
