11321 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many state houses, if any, does Kainga Ora have in its pipeline that it expects will be delivered between 1 March 2026 and 30 June 2026 and how does that number breakdown by region?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it currently forecasts to deliver 1,052 social homes between 1 March 2026 and 30 June 2026. For a breakdown by region, I refer the Member to the attached table provided by Kāinga Ora.
