Hon Shane Jones: No documents or draft materials were shared with Trans-Tasman Resources Ltd (TTR Ltd). Policy proposals relating to proposed amendments to the Bill (see reply 11312 (2026)) were described to and discussed with TTR Ltd on 19/08/25 and 16/10/25.
