11275 (2026). Lan Pham to the Prime Minister: How many Ministers, if any, declared conflicts of interest in relation to the Resource Management (Duration of Consents) Amendment Bill?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: Details regarding conflicts of interest are inherently confidential and not generally disclosed. This is to ensure the confidentiality of Cabinet proceedings, to maintain the effective conduct of public affairs and, in some cases, to protect personal privacy. This has been the approach of successive administrations, and I do not intend to depart from it.
