11269 (2024). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Police: Further to 8244 (2024), what is the main reason for the significant fall in recruitment for the past three wings compared with Wing 374?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that based on the planned growth profile for Police in late 2023, when the allocations were confirmed, Wing 375 was designed to be a wing of 60 recruits. Wings 376 and 377 are somewhat smaller than planned due to the availability of applicants who have completed all components of the recruitment pipeline.
