Hon Judith Collins: The Attorney-General regularly receives aides-mémoire, briefings, memos, notes, reports, or any other advice. In many cases, they attract privilege, including legal advice and litigation privileges. A list is provided below in response to this question. Deletions have been made to this list in the public interest, and to uphold applicable privileges.
