Arena Williams to the Minister for Building and Construction: Further to WPQ 9487, if "officials do not hold this information", then what evidence, if any, did the Minister rely on when he said in a press release on 18 April “without change, a significant number of buildings could sit empty which would have a devastating impact on the economy in cities such as Wellington and provincial towns across New Zealand"?
