Hon Nicole McKee: Yes, I receive a significant amount of correspondence which could be interpreted as advocating or lobbying for the removal of the firearms registry. The time required to provide the Member with an exhaustive list of this correspondence would prevent my staff from performing their core duties. Therefore, I do not consider it to be within the interests of the public to provide the member with a response to this question. If the Member refines their question further I may be able to provide an answer.
