Hon Nicole McKee: I received the following advice: • 17 March 2026 – Aide memoire: Ministry of Justice Tier 1 official statistics and ‘Justice Statistics’ publication • 19 March 2026 – Report: NZCVS Cycle 8 – Key Results • 20 March 2026 – Weekly Report (Justice, Associate Justice and Courts) I have received three further documents, but I believe it would prejudice the orderly and effective conduct of government decision making processes to release the titles at this time.
