Cushla Tangaere-Manuel to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery: What aides-mémoire, briefings, memos, notes, reports, or any other advice, if any, has the Minister or their Office received during the week beginning 16 March 2026, listed by agency, title and date received?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I received the following advice during the week beginning 16 March 2026: - Briefing - Manawatū-Whanganui CDEM Group Plan (18 March 2026) - Aide Memoire - Ministerial oversight group: fuel and supply chains (18 March 2026) - Fortnightly Status Report Emergency Management and Recovery (20 March 2026) I received three other documents during the week beginning 16 March 2026 however it is not in the public interest to release the titles of these documents. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in NEMA, other agencies, and other Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the required time frame.
