11025 (2024). Hon Marama Davidson to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What advice has the Government received on the impact of cuts to the Growing Up In New Zealand study, and how will this affect the Government’s data-based policy design approach?

Hon Louise Upston: I regularly request and receive advice on a range of topics. In the interest of transparency, a list of reports received by my office from the Ministry of Social Development is regularly published on the Ministry of Social Development website. The Government will take a data-based approach to policy design.
