Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Prime Minister, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on a range of matters. I received the following documents for the Prime Minister portfolio from my officials in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) between 3-14 March 2025: • Transfer of responsibility – Grocery sector, 4 March 2025 • Updating LEG Committee membership, 5 March 2025 • Prime Minister’s weekly brief, 7 March 2025 • Prime Minister’s weekly brief, 14 March 2025 • Appointment of Commissioner of Intelligence Warrants, 14 March 2025 • ISA Review Response: (partial release), 14 March 2025. I also received two other documents within specified timeframe. It is not in the public interest to release the titles of these documents. Jointly with the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, I received the following document: North Island Weather Events (NIWE): Monthly Progress Update on Categorisation, Buyouts, Infrastructure and Local Transport Projects, 6 March 2025. I have received briefings from the Policy Advisory Group, a business unit of DPMC, during the requested timeframe, however I am not releasing the titles of these briefings. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from my officials in DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the timeframe.
