10904 (2024). Teanau Tuiono to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: What steps is the Minister taking to address the current legal framework that prevents companies like Uber from offering additional benefits such as sick leave and parental leave to contractors in New Zealand?
Hon Brooke van Velden: The Government wishes to ensure that New Zealand’s legal framework provides certainty for contracting parties.
