10903 (2024). Teanau Tuiono to the Minister for Pacific Peoples: How does the Ministry for Pacific Peoples differentiate between roles that are considered 'customer facing' versus those that are not?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that in respect to the Ministry for Pacific Peoples, “customer facing roles” are roles whereby staff may from time to time engage with the community and providers.
