Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Energy: What directions, if any, broken down by date and title, has the Minister or their office, sent to the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities or any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, regarding the National Fuel Plan since 28 February 2026?

Hon Simon Watts: I have not issued any specific directions relating to the National Fuel Plan since 28 February 2026. Under the Government's National Fuel Plan, we are at Phase One. The plan envisages a public sector fuel response plan to manage its own demand, only at Phase Two.
