10858 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for ACC: Has he sought assurances from the Chief Executive of ACC that there are sufficient measures in place to ensure a safe working environment for all staff?

Hon Scott Simpson: The ACC Board has commissioned an independent review to evaluate the workplace culture of ACC. I await the findings of the review before commenting further.
