Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that during the October - December 2023 quarter, a disability strategic function was established in the Office of the Chief Executive of Health New Zealand. Initial meetings occurred during the quarter to ensure a disability lens is reflected in the workforce plan, and across workforce work programmes. I am further advised that a Disability Capability Framework, which includes workforce indicators, was implemented across Health NZ during the quarter.
