Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: What communication, if any, broken down by date and title, has the Minister or their office received from the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities or any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, regarding the National Fuel Plan since 28 February 2026?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, there has been frequent communication exchanges between myself, Ministers and agencies relating to New Zealand’s situation and potential next steps on fuel security in response to the Middle East conflict including the development of the National Fuel Plan.
