10797 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for ACC: What consultations did the Minister’s departments, if any, open on the week beginning 10 March 2025 with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, and how many roles were affected?

Hon Scott Simpson: I’m advised that in the week beginning 10 March 2024, ACC opened one consultation which is expected to close on 24 March 2025. This consultation, subject to a good faith consultation process, could affect 32 roles. It does not include a reduction of numbers.
