10770 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Māori Development: What specific actions, if any, broken down by action taken and date, has the Minister done to prepare the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities or any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, to implement the National Fuel Plan since 28 February 2026?

Hon Tama Potaka: I have not taken any actions however, I am advised by Te Puni Kōkiri that it has an Incident Management Plan, which includes provisions for managing business disruptions across the ministry. Supporting this plan are business continuity plans for puni that include mitigations for the impact of reduced fuel availability on day-to-day business operations.
