Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the Treasury publishes a monthly list of titles of advice to Ministers, by the middle of the month after the advice is provided. I refer the member to that list. In addition I also received a number of other reports from Crown-owned companies and from the Ministerial Advisory Group, which are provided in the attached document. Some titles may not be released if they relate to matters of commercial sensitivity, active consideration, legal privilege and/or confidential negotiations.
