10680 (2024). Lan Pham to the Associate Minister for the Environment: When, if ever, will decisions be made concerning proposed amendments to the National Environmental Standards for Drinking Water?

Hon Andrew Hoggard: The Government is taking advice on how best to progress our plans for freshwater national direction instruments, including the National Environmental Standards for Sources of Human Drinking Water (NES-DW). This process is being led by Minister Bishop. As a part of that process, I am receiving advice from the Ministry for the Environment on amending the NES-DW.
