10672 (2024). Tamatha Paul to the Minister for Children: What engagement or consultation, if any, have Oranga Tamariki had with Māori and iwi on her proposed military-style bootcamps, by date?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised that Oranga Tamariki has met with some Māori and iwi representatives to discuss the Military-Style Academies and ongoing involvement. I am further advised that targeted engagement and consultation will continue as the Military-Style Academies are designed and implemented.
