10653 (2025). Teanau Tuiono to the Minister for Building and Construction: What advice, reports, briefings, analysis, aides-memoire, or any other documents, if any, has the Minister or any member of their Office seen about changes to the work health and safety regulatory system?

Hon Chris Penk: I have been consulted on policy proposals being led by the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety, currently under active consideration, as is standard practice for Cabinet papers. Other than this I have not received any other advice, reports, briefings, analysis, aides-memoire, or any other documents about changes to the workplace health and safety regulatory system.
