10646 (2024). Hon Marama Davidson to the Minister for Social Investment: What advice, reports, or other documents, if any, has the Minster received regarding social impact bonds?

Hon Nicola Willis: I have been copied into advice to the Minister for Children reporting on the Genesis Youth Trust Social Bonds Pilot Programme. The potential use of innovative funding and financing tools such as Social Impact Bonds was also mentioned in advice to Cabinet on initial steps to end the large-scale use of emergency housing.
