Hon Mark Mitchell: As the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on matters relating to my Emergency Management and Recovery portfolio. I received the following document from the Chief Executive, Cyclone Recovery (CRU): Cyclone Recovery Unit Fortnightly Report (14 March 2025), 14 March 2025. I received three documents from officials in the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA); one on 12 March 2025, one on 13 March 2025, one on 14 March 2025. It is not in the public interest to release the title of these documents. Jointly with the Minister of Finance, I also received one document from the Chief Executive, CRU on 13 March 2025. It is not in the public interest to release the title of this document. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in NEMA, CRU and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices.
