Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter October – December 2023 to ‘Establish a Localities Learning Collaborative to facilitate learning, including understanding whānau and community experience’ under section 3.1 ‘Transition to transformation’ within Te Whatu Ora’s Te Pae Tata: Interim New Zealand Health Plan 2022?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that a Localities Learning Collaborative was established among the 12 prototype localities prior to the October-December 2023 quarter. I am further advised that during the quarter the Collaborative continued to work with its Learning and Insights partner on a report to capture and reflect lessons from whānau and community engagement.
