Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter October – December 2023 to ‘Establish national strategic networks in the priority areas of: Kahu Taurima | Maternity and early years’ under section 3.1 ‘Transition to transformation’ within Te Whatu Ora’s Te Pae Tata: Interim New Zealand Health Plan 2022?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that in the October – December 2023 quarter, the focus of Kahu Taurima in this priority area was on recruiting the roles of Strategic Design Programme Manager for the Starting Well team, and two system design managers.
