Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Education: What reports, briefings, emails, memos, aides-memoire, notes or written advice, if any, has the Minister and/or his Office received from the Charter School Agency regarding applications from state schools to convert to charter school status; listed by title and date received?

Hon David Seymour: I have received no briefings from the Charter School Agency regarding the applications received from state schools considering converting to the charter school model. Assessing and approving applications from schools is the role of the Charter Schools Authorisation Board.
