In relation to the Tenancy Tribunal, Tenancy Services provides potential applicants with information about the Tribunal process, including making an application. The most common channels for this information to be accessed are tenancy.govt.nz and the Tenancy Services 0800 number. Tenancy Services delivers mediation services to help parties to Tribunal applications resolve their dispute without the need for a Tribunal hearing. Tenancy Services also works closely with the Ministry of Justice to support the operations of the Tenancy Tribunal, including through assessing applications and scheduling mediation and Tribunal hearings.
