10499 (2024). Hon Peeni Henare to the Minister of Health: Does he agree with his statement "I have had discussions regarding the future of the Hauora Māori Advisory Committee. I am retaining and powering up the HMAC", if so, who were those discussions with?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: Yes. I have had numerous discussions about a greater role for the Hauora Māori Advisory Committee. These discussions have been with, but are not limited to, the Hauora Māori Advisory Committee, Te Aka Whai Ora, Health New Zealand, and the Ministry of Health.
