Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Police: Has the Minister received any advice on whether the 79 instances of ballot paper fraud identified in the court proceedings relating to the Papatoetoe subdivision of the Ōtara-Papatoetoe Local Board election represent the minimum or likely full extent of irregularities; if so, what were its findings?
