Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister of Housing: What discussions, if any, has the Minister had with Ministry of Housing and Urban Development officials in relation to his request that the Social Services and Community Committee end its consideration of the Residential Property Managers Bill; if any such discussions have been had, when did they take place?

Hon Chris Bishop: I had substantive discussions with Ministry of Housing and Urban Development officials regarding the Residential Property Managers Bill on 31 January 2024 and 3 April 2024.
