Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). In my capacity as Prime Minister and Minister for National Security and Intelligence, I presented no papers to Cabinet that included an exception to the Fees Framework within the specified timeframe, noting that Cabinet papers requesting an exception must state whether the Minister for the Public Service has been consulted and agrees or disagrees to support the exception proposed by the responsible Minister.
