10436 (2024). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Housing: Will the Minister take steps to ensure that Kainga Ora will not have to sell 10,200 homes?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora is currently subject to an independent review into its financial situation, procurement, and asset management. It is critical that Kāinga Ora is focused on efficiently building social houses for people in need while also delivering value for taxpayers’ money, and this review will provide recommendations to ensure that these objectives are being met.
